No help returning sneakers that were abnormally small for their size, All at your cost. Never will use again

Despite this policy, we have already authorized a full refund for your product once the sneakers are returned to us. I was in desparate need of a comfortable pair of shoes, able to withstand walking and tender to y previously ruptured achilles. I bought a pair out of desparation in Cita Alta in Bergamo in 2022, I have been in love with these shoes and have purchased 13 pairs!

Shoes are perfect but the postage always a long story. made an order twice and both time it take about a month to be delivered. One more detail - shoes size are smaller than actual one so take one size bigger than your usual.
