Natural Forest in Torralba de Calatrava

1000 trees

Our second reforestation project was carried out in April 2021, planting 1,000 trees on top of an old sealed landfill.

Together with the absorption of CO2 and the recovery of space for nature, these trees will prevent soil erosion, ensuring that debris does not appear on the surface.

Moreover, the fact of being close to the town center will also help cushion the extreme temperatures in the area, contributing to improving the quality of life of its inhabitants.

Natural Forest in Algarrobo

3000 trees

This project was carried out with the company Folia Project and it was planned to carry it out in two phases: March and September 2020. Due to the pandemic situation, the planting of this project had to be postponed, which ended in 2021.

This forest will absorb 480,000 kg of CO2 throughout its first 40 years of life, will protect the land from erosion and will help regulate the water regime of the environment.
