These General Terms & Conditions of sale are solely applicable and replace all other general conditions, except in case of prior cancellation with written consent. NWE may, on occasion, modify the articles contained in this general terms and conditions. It is therefore advisable to read them on each visit to the www.naturalworldeco-shop.com webpage (hereinafter called "Site").
These changes come into effect as soon as they are published on the Internet and do not apply to previously concluded transactions. Each purchase on the website is governed by the conditions applicable on the date of order. It is understood that, once an order has been placed, the terms of sale have been read and accepted in their entirety by the customer.

The sale prices indicated on the portal are shown in dollars and include taxes. The registration and acceptance of these conditions implies the conformity with the product, its characteristics and the price.
All orders require the acceptance of prices and descriptions of products available for sale. NWE is committed to dispatch the products received through its page based on the availability of products in stock. In case of unavailability, NWE is committed to notify the customer as soon as possible and the order will be modified or canceled, reimbursing the corresponding amount to the client.
We offer different payment methods depending on the delivery country. Users will be able to select the most suitable in your case during the checkout process. Currently we have the following payment methods available:

Estimated delivery terms and times start from the time the order is placed, as long as it is completed before 09.00 between Monday and Friday. If completed after the indicated times, the period will start on the next business day. These conditions are applicable as long as no other shipping date has been specified during the checkout process.
NWE will do everything possible to respect the shipping deadlines listed on the site. However, NWE is not responsible for any consequences due to a shipping delay or package loss by third party, by you yourself or by unforeseeable, insurmountable, or force majeure causes or events.
We suggest you make sure that your order is in perfect condition when you receive your package.
The shipping for United States is free.
Customers have 30 business days to exchange or return an order but the return costs will be borne by the customer, if it is not a return due to a defect in the product in which case the return costs will be borne by NWE..
Only returns of products in perfect condition, without marks of use and in their original packaging will be accepted. When the Client has exercised the right of withdrawal or resolution, NWE will be obliged to return the total amount of the order. The refund of these sums will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the withdrawal or resolution.
The user can cancel the order at any time before sending it and will receive the full amount paid. In the event that the order has already left our stores, the Customer will have to wait until delivery to be able to cancel the order, although such cancellation will be subject to terms and conditions established for returns (see section "Changes and refunds").
The reusable hygienic masks from Natural World Eco are a special product that can´t be Exchange of refund due to health and sanitation concerns.
The item cannot be exchanged or returned, including cases in which it is in perfect condition (unused) and retains its original packaging.
All products offered by NWE are guaranteed.
Every single product offered by Natural World is guaranteed. In the case that a customer receive a defective product, NWE must proceed, in accordance with the situation, to repair or replace the product with no extra cost for the customer.
The Client must inform NWE of the lack of conformity within a month by email or telephone. In this way, NWE will organize the return in the most suitable way. In the event that the order does not fall within the warranty, the consumer will pay the expenses originated by said return.
Even if the invalidity or unenforceability of a clause of these General Conditions or one of its parts is declared, the rest of the clauses or their parts will continue to be valid. The period of validity of these conditions will be the time that they remain published in the Portal and will be applied to the services acquired at the moment in which conditions were available.
These General Conditions are regulated by the current Spanish legislation, and specifically by the: Civil Code, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers And Users and other complementary laws, Law 7/98 of 13 April of General Conditions of Contract, Law 7/96 of January 15 of Ordinance on Retail Commerce, Directive 2000/31 EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June, Law 34/2002 of July 11, Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, Law 23/2003 of July 10, Guarantees on the Sale of Consumer Goods and the regulations that develop them.
Alternatively, as an entity adhering to Confianza Online and in the terms of its Code of Ethics, in the case of disputes concerning online recruitment and advertising, data protection, protection of minors, the Client may resort to the system of out-of-court dispute resolution Online (www.confianzaonline.es).
As affiliated of CONFIANZA ON LINE and following those Terms and Conditions contained in its Code of Ethics about commercial agreements and advertising, personal data and non-adults protection users may go to the extra-judicial (www.confianzaonline.es).
NWE may modify the present T&C and/or its clauses whenever it considers that there is a cause for it. By an illustration and not limitation way, it is understood that this circumstance is satisfied when the range of products available to the customers is improved or there is a need of modification, replacement or updating the price of the offered products.
Parties submit, at their option, to the resolution of conflicts to the courts of the customer's domicile renouncing to any other general or special jurisdiction.
Likewise, as affiliated of CONFIANZA ON LINE and following those Terms and Conditions contained in its Code of Ethics about commercial agreements and advertising, personal data and non-adults protection,; users may go to the extra-judicial service provided by them (www.confianzaonline.es).
