The order arrived after 11 days. I usually wear 43. When I received my order (Old Ginger Boots 43), they were too small. I emailed the company to ask what my return/refund options are. They replied they won't accept any returns from the UK.

Why would you buy any of the other over priced brands out there? These are brilliant, and amazing value. Love the quality and the look. They do come up slightly small, so order a size up. I’m usually 45, and can wear that size in these, but my second pair (they’re that good! And two pairs for the price of one branded) are 46 and just that bit more comfy.
