Do Natural World laces fit any shoe?

Our shoe laces are designed for Natural World trainers, safari boots and canvas boots. Since they follow standard lengths, they also work with most casual footwear from other brands. Check the length listed on each product page to make sure they're right for your shoes.

What are the laces made of?

Organic cotton — the same material we use in our canvas shoes and boots. It's strong, soft and produced without synthetic chemicals.

Do the insoles fit all sizes?

Our insoles are available in several sizes, following European standards. Check the size guide on the product page to find the right fit. If they don't work out, the first exchange is free.

How often should I replace my insoles?

It depends on how much you wear your shoes, but as a general rule, insoles should be replaced when the cushioning starts to feel flat — usually every 6 to 12 months of regular use. A fresh insole improves comfort and helps your shoes last longer.
